My First post

Hi everyone, this is the life of Nicole and losing weight to feel better about myself. Here is where i will be tracking myself on how i lose weight and the trials i go through with everyday living. right now im 13 going on 14 and i weigh 218-220lb. which is not good here is what i've done today; I woke up at 10:00 and did nothing i had breakfast which was smart start but that has alot of sugar and sugar retains water and you gain weight, then i had about 6 pancakes for lunch with chocolate chips in them and milk to go with it. Today is not one of my finer days, I do better i think on most days. so let's just call this a weight diary about me.
